(1) The quickest is to phone your friendly manufacturers reps and ask them how much money they have available for you and get them to approve the funds for use on our products. With our program, even smallest amounts of money here and there from various manufacturers, money we call “Remnant Co-op dollars”, can be put together to make your purchase. We custom imprint various co-op products at no extra cost.
(2) You can use the “Request for co-op” form and get pre-authorization to buy our products by filling it out and faxing the form that I’m transmitting with this fax. You will see that the form talks about an even with a deadline. This speeds up the process of getting answers. Ask every factory for at least $2000.00. They will tell you how much you have. Many times its a lot less than $2000.00. But no worries we will make separate imprints for FREE for each portion of co-op you have.
(3) If you’re too busy, we can call your rep on your behalf and update him on the information and try to get him to approve the co-op for you.
Please be fully aware that your Co-op is a “USE IT OR LOSE IT” deal. It isn’t carried over from year to year, and manufacturers cut it back, without notice. So, don’t delay.
